'You live on because we remember you!' - Connie Ferguson pays homage to late husband on their wedding anniversary

Johannesburg - Seasoned actress and TV producer Connie Ferguson is honouring the memory of her late mother, Margaret Masilo, and her late husband Shona Ferguson - on what would have been their 24th wedding anniversary.

Shona Ferguson passed away due to Covid-19 complications in 2021.

In a moving tribute to the father of her two daughters she took to Instagram to pen her late life partner a heartfelt note.

"Sweet sweet memories," she said.

"Remembering my angels on what would have been our 24th wedding anniversary. I will never stop paying tribute to our love Sho, because it was one for the books! 

"A gift worth remembering and celebrating! Thank you for everything. I love you for eternity my skat. Continue resting king and my queen. 

"You live on because we remember you," said the revered media personality.

In a separate post with actor, Reggie Rasodi, who also sent in a dedication in honour of the Fergusons who would have been celebrating their wedding anniversary today she said:

"Love is a beautiful thing! Tell the people you love that you love them. That’s a gift that will live with them forever!" said Connie.
