Johannesburg - South Africa's Grammy award-winning House music DJ Nkosinathi "Black Coffee" Maphumulo has set tongues wagging all over social media with his latest lavish acquisition worth over R157 million.

This recently purchased property - through the DJ's company, Little Ark Holdings -  is located in one of South Africa's most affluent residential areas.

Known as The Pentagon; it is situated in No.5 Nettleton road in Clifton - an exclusive suburb in Cape Town.

The luxurious residence entails five en-suite bedrooms with balconies, a lift, a cinema, gym area, five parking bays and two self-contained staff quarters amongst some of its impressive features.

It is the highest-value home sale in South Africa thus far per Moneyweb.
